Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has played down transfer talk suggested by the Italian press today about Inter being interested in signing Real Madrid star Kaka during the winter transfer market.
Moratti is quoted by Tutto Mercato Web as saying: “It’s a very interesting idea, but we have not thought of that. I read about it this morning in the newspaper and I found it to be funny.”
“I’ve never spoken to Mourinho about the possibility of signing Kaka.”
The Italian press had suggested earlier on today that Inter Milan were looking to get revenge over AC Milan by signing Kaka, after the latter club signed former Inter star Ibrahimovic this summer transfer market.
