Former Real Madrid Castilla player Daniel Opare has expressed his delight after debuting for new club Standard Liege.
In an interview with Ghanasoccernet, Opare said: “I think I played well and I can only improve on this. I need more playing time to make a name for myself in the first team.”
“I moved to Belgium because I want to play so am very serious about that.”
Opare left Real Madrid earlier on this summer after spending around three years with the junior Castilla side, where he suffered from several injuries.
