Jose Carrascosa, a specialist in sports psychology, has suggested that Real Madrid youth signings, German duo Khedira and Ozil in particular, have to be patient about their progress in Real Madrid in order to succeed.
Carrascosa is quoted by AS as saying: “Mourinho has to put together a new team. It’s hard work on issues of adaptation, when you’re starting from scratch with the demand to win immediately.”
“Khedira and Ozil and have not started well at Real Madrid. They said they know they have to be perfect at the club.”
“That’s a bad start. Perfection does not exist in football. If you have tolerance for error, you become much more competitive and improve your game.”
“When there is no tolerance for error, things can be dangerous.”
